VEGAN & SUGAR FREE ICE-CREAM

Yes the headline is correct and this is just freaking DELICIOUS!! You have to try it. Ok I’ve told you before I’m doing 1 month without any sugar, diary products (only cheese in the salad), pasta, bread. But I really want to eat ice-cream since it’s 10000 degrees in Barcelona right now and also because I love ice-cream. So I googled around and found a peanutbutter/banana recipe. Just two ingredients! But you know me by now and I like to mix the whole world in my smoothies for example. So I did it a bit different, what you need is:

2 tablespoons Peanut butter (it’s a biiiit sugar in my peanutbutter but you can find without)
1,5 dl Almond milk
3 bananas
3 drops of Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raspberries, blueberries (frozen!)

Start by cutting the bananas (I didn’t do this, my misstake) but listen to me and do it because it was really hard peeling away the skin of the banana haha. So start by cutting them in small pieces, freeze it 2-3 hours. Take out the bananas and put them in a blender then add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, raspberries in the blender. Then pour it up in a normal IKEA food box, put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours and tadá you have a yummy ice-cream and healthy! I hope you liked this post, tell me if you want more like this! Rubriken stämmer och det var sååå gott! Ni måste bara testa det här receptet. Jag har berättat för er innan att jag kör 1 månad utan socker, mejeriprodukter (förutom ost i salladen), pasta, bröd. Var så sugen glass häromdagen så googlade runt på olika recept och fann det här med bara två ingredienser (banan och jordnötssmör) men ni känner mig och jag gillar att blanda olika saker. Det här använde jag:

2 msk jordnötssmör (det är några gram socker i mitt jordnötssmör men det finns utan!)
1,5 dl Mandelmjölk
3 droppar vaniljextrakt
1 tesked kanel
1 kopp hallon, blåbär ( frysta ! )

Börja med att skär bananerna (jag gjorde inte detta) så lyssna på mig nu och gör det för det var inte lätt att skala de när de var så frysta haha. Så börja med att skär de i små bitar och sedan ska det in i frysen 2-3 timmar. Ta sedan ut bananerna och blanda de med jordnötssmör, vaniljextrakt, kanel, hallon i en mixer. Häll sedan upp det i en vanlig matlåda om ni inte har en vanlig glasslåda, ställ de i frysen 4-5 timmar och tadá nu har ni en god och nyttig glass! MY BEST SKIN CARE TIPS

So I thought I should post my best skin tips here on the blog! It’s not been requested but I think you will like it anyway hehe. I’ve written about this before but it was a while ago.I used to have pretty bad acne when I was younger. The acne stopped but I got a lot of breakouts on my face even though I was eating healthy. I did some research on the internet and here is what I did to prevent the breakouts:

– Stopped with dairy products and replaced with coconut milk and almond milk.

IMG_0422(I always start my day with vitamins and green tea. Here is one of my favourites home made coconut/peanut cream with seeds and berries.)

– Cut down the sugar and junk food. 

-Stopped with bread and pasta. Bye bye gluten! (read about it here)

– I’ve always been a tea freak, then I read that green tea contains a lot of antioxidants so I started to drink that everyday. 

-I threw all my expensive acne creams and bought coconut oil, argon, risin oil and made home made face masks. Such as applying avocado, olive oil, lemon juice (on my scars from the pimples). I only use natural products for my skin.

– Exercise and drink water. 

I still get some pimples once in a while but nothing like before. I try to drink a lot of water, not wear make up so often, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. And yes ofcorse once in a while I eat some pasta, ice-cream, drink alcohol or whatever I feel like. But it’s not in my “daily” diet when I cook at home. My body has also changed since I changed lifestyle, in a positive way. Ask me if you have more questions, I hope you liked this post. Love, N

TROPICAL BOWL

Recipe: 

Mix all this: 2 banans , 1/2 cup soy milk, 4 Ice cubes, peanut butter (put these 3 in the fridge 2-3 hours before putting it into the mixer). I really recommend you to do it since it tastes better when it’s a bit sorbet “feeling” in the bowl. Then mix it with chia seeds, flax seeds and cinnamon.

Topping: Almond butter, granola, blueberries, raspberries, goji berries and shredded coconut.

How I like to start my day – with a really good breakfast. This is my favourite for the moment (Bali made me addicted haha). It seriously tastes like a really good dessert except that it’s filled with vitamins. Breakfast is the most important meal for me in the whole day, I prefer waking up 30 min extra rather than skipping breakfast. I get so tired during the day if I don’t eat breakfast. I’m sorry if I can’t write exactly how much I use in everything I eye measure the most of it and add a bit extra of the things that I like hehe. I wanted this to be a creamy so I didn’t add so much soy milk. I love that you can sit on the balcony in the morning without freezing. Do you want more food posts? Älskar att starta min dag med en riktigt god frukost. Detta är min favorit just nu (Bali gjorde mig beroende). Det smakar seriöst som en riktigt god efterrätt. Frukost är nog min viktigaste måltid under dagen, funkar inte utan. Brukar ofta känna mig slö om jag inte fått i mig vitaminer under morgonen. Förlåt för att jag inte kan skriva exakta mått då jag för det mesta bara slänger i lite extra av det jag tycker är gott hehe. Ville ha min bowl lite krämig så adderade inte så mycket sojamjölk. Älskar förresten att man kan sitta på balkongen utan att frysa på morgonen, det är svensk sommar här i Barcelona. Vill ni se mer recept här på bloggen?  Yesterday I did such a bad work so today I put some more effort into the training and did 10 km of intervals. Both me and Oscar woke up 6 this morning so when I came home from the training I crashed on the sofa for 30 min haha, so tired! I’m taking my yoga carpet with me to Morocco to train in the morning since our hotel doesn’t have any gym, well if the yoga carpet fits in my suitcase ofcorse hehe. MY NEW FAVOURITE

You need: Coconut milk, frozen pieces of mango, cinnamon, almond butter, strawberries, banana, protein powder (vanilla flavour), and raspberries.

Topping: Strawberries, blueberries, Chia seeds, flax seeds, millet grains, sesam seeds, sunflower seeds (all these ecological)

Another smoothie bowl but this one was 100 times better than the other one I posted the other day. You have to try this one!! I was in heaven while I ate it, soooo so delicious! If you try this one you have to tell me hehe. Can’t wait to make this one for Oscar because I know he will love it. I’m going to eat this a lot now. It tasted like a creamy sweet yoghurt except that there was no diary products nor added sugar in the bowl. I made it once again today both for breakfast and as a dessert after lunch. I didn’t have any mango though and trust me it makes a big difference! These kind of smoothie bowls fits me perfect since I’m a candy,sugar junk food lover. It keeps me away from the bad habits since it tastes so freaking good. I’m having a no sugar goal for myself right now until the 14:th of April! I know exactly what I’m going to eat then, Swedish candy! Who’s with me? Love, N

En till smoothie bowl, men denna va 100 gånger godare än den andra. Ni måste prova denna!! Jag var i himlen när jag åt den haha..så himla god! Om ni testar detta receptet måste ni berätta för mig. Jag ska lätt göra receptet för Oscar när han kommer hem, vet att han kommer älska det! Ska äta detta ofta framöver. Det smakar som en krämig söt yoghurt trots att jag inte hade i något socker eller någon slags mjölkprodukt. Har gjort samma frukost två dagar i rad nu, åt även en till portion efter lunch. De här smoothie skålarna passar mig perfekt då jag älskar sött och skräpmat. Det håller mig borta från det dåliga och smakar så otroligt gott. Jag har ett “inget socker på en månad” löfte med mig själv fram tills den 14:e april. Men då ska jag unna mig något – svenskt lösgodis! Är nämligen i Sverige då. Love, N
